Jonny Gleason

Jonny is a published travel photographer that splits his time between London and Tokyo. His work centres on finding stories while exploring lesser known regions, and distilling each one into a set of photographs.

Jonny made the core of his portfolio over a year spent living in a homestay in Japan, and his wider archive extends across Asia and Europe.

He exhibited at the Old Truman Brewery, London, in 2019. Since then his photography and writing have appeared in publications including Aesthetica, Tokyo Weekender, Wondertrunk and Ski Asia, with a focus on travel and culture.
