Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Framed & custom orders: Framed artworks, bespoke picture frames, and wholesale orders may require additional time for production (+1–2 working days typically).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has dispatched. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter, bank holidays), production and carrier networks may experience delays - thanks for your patience.


Split Shipments (Framed + Unframed + Limited Editions)

Framed artworks & limited editions often ship separately from our unframed/open-edition prints to protect items in transit. If you’ve ordered a mixture, they may arrive on different days (usually within 24 hours of each other).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We aim to produce close to you via our global print network, which usually avoids import fees for deliveries to the UK, EU, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Some items - such as Limited Editions, screen prints, bespoke frames/customer uploaded prints or one-off pieces - are shipped from our London studio and may incur duties/taxes depending on your country’s rules. Check the product listing for specifics. Orders to other destinations may also be subject to import charges; these are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.


Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact support@eastsidestudiolondon.co.uk immediately with your order number. Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Due to the volume of orders, we can not guarantee that any order errors are fixed before dispatch, it is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct information upon purchase. Orders returned to us due to delivery issues (e.g. incorrect/incomplete address, uncollected parcels) can be re-shipped for a fee, even if the original delivery was free. Parcels lost as a result of an unclear, incorrect or incomplete delivery address will not be replaced or refunded. No exceptions. 


Tracking & Order Status

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation (domestic) or within the estimate shown at checkout (international), email support@eastsidestudiolondon.co.uk with your name and order number and we’ll investigate.


Damages in Transit

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, email support@eastsidestudiolondon.co.uk within 7 days with:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos of the outer packaging (including any damage), inner packaging, and the item.
    Keep all packaging until we resolve the claim. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short:

  • Eligible items can be returned within 31 days of receipt in original condition and packaging (see policy for details).

  • Custom & personalised items (including custom frames and “Print & Frame”) are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • Limited Editions and Mystery Print Bundles are final sale.

  • Exchanges: return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
