Shape: 3:2, the same shape as most camera photos, so camera prints fit without cropping. Most phone photos are 4:3 and suit an 8 x 6 frame instead.

What size is a 6x4 frame?
A 6x4 frame holds a 6 x 4 inch photo, which is 10.2 x 15.2 cm. It is the most common photo print size in the UK.

Is 6x4 the same as 4x6?
Yes. UK shops usually write the long side first (6x4) and US shops the short side (4x6). Both are 10.2 x 15.2 cm.
