For every limited edition, we issue a secure online certificate for your exact print, approved by the artist and East Side Studio London. You’ll receive it by email after purchase.
Each important step, from the certificate’s creation to any ownership transfer, is time-stamped and added to the work’s history, while digital signatures from the artist, issuer and owners prove who did what, and when.
Anyone can verify the certificate’s authenticity without seeing your personal information, and you can view the record directly against the blockchain.

How are your prints made?
We've partnered with the best printers around the globe to create our Giclée fine art prints. Our limited editions are giclée printed on beautiful Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper using 12 archival pigment inks for museum-grade colour and longevity. Read more about our print process here.
What makes this a limited edition?
Each size is capped to a fixed number of prints (the edition size). Once sold out, no further prints are made.
How are edition numbers allocated?
Numbers are assigned in the order orders are purchased (e.g., 7/25). We can’t reserve specific numbers, to keep things fair.
Is the artist involved?
Yes. Each edition is approved by the artist and East Side Studio London. A digital certificate is issued via Verisart, and a printed certificate is included with your order.
What is Verisart and why does it matter?
Verisart is a trusted art registry utilising blockchain technology to create a traceable record of the artworks creator, issuer and owner (you!). We create a secure online certificate for your exact print. Think of it as an official logbook entry that can’t be erased. It gives you portable proof of authenticity and ownership.
How do I view/verify my digital certificate?
You’ll receive an email from Verisart after purchase. Click the link to see the live record with the artwork details, your edition number and verification status.
Is this an NFT?
No. You receive the physical artwork and a secure digital certificate via Verisart. Although our authentication mechanism utilises blockchain technology, the certificate is a timestamped entry of provenance and authenticity, not an NFT.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our print studios in the UK, Netherlands, Australia and USA.
Will I have to pay customs charges/import taxes?
If ordering from the UK, EU, USA or Australia/New Zealand, you will not be subject to import taxes. We avoid this by producing your artwork close to you in one of our global studios.
Orders going to other destinations may also not be subject to import taxes, although we can't guarantee it.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary based on where you're located. You can use the below as a guide:
United Kingdom & Europe = 2-5 business days
United States & Canada = 4-7 business days
Australia and New Zealand = 4-7 business days
Rest of the world = 7+ business days
Framed prints may take slightly longer to be shipped as our frames are made to order.
How are the prints packaged?
Unframed prints are placed in a cellophane bag or rolled in acid-free tissue paper. Framed prints are carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and protective corners.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Our prints are well protected for transit. However, from time to time, breakages do unfortunately happen. In this case we will send you a free replacement, no questions asked.
Do you accept returns on limited editions?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on limited edition artworks. You can see more about our return policy here.
