Artwork Specification
Printing
Our artworks are giclée printed with up to 12 unique, pigment-based inks on thick, 200gsm, museum-quality, matte paper. Giclée printing offers superior colour accuracy, greater tonal range, and sharper detail. You won't find the same vibrancy and quality elsewhere.
Framing
Our hardwood frames are available in black, white and a natural wood finish. Made to order, each frame is hand-crafted with a sheet of gallery-grade, UV-protected, shatterproof acrylic. We seal our frames to prolong the life of the artwork. An East Side Studio London archival print will last for upwards of 100 years.
Mounts
Our mounts are bevel-cut from bright white mount board. Artworks 12" x 16" or larger come with a 2" mount and artworks smaller than 12" x 16" come with a 1.5" mount. Note that only specific artworks have the option to add a mount.
Sizing
If you're in the UK or EU, your order will be printed in metric sizes (e.g. 20" x 28" becomes 50cm x 70cm). In the US or Australia, we use inches. If you're using your own frame, just make sure the sizing matches your region. You can check all size conversions here.

Our unframed prints are rolled up in acid-free tissue paper and sent in protective cardboard packaging. Artworks are shipped via tracked delivery and your tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Can I choose the artwork?
The joy is in the surprise! While you can’t choose specific prints, you’re welcome to leave a note at checkout with your colour or style preferences, and we’ll do our best to match them.
What if I already own some of your prints?
Just leave a note letting us know which ones you have, and we’ll do our best to avoid duplicates.
What sizes will I receive?
It depends on the bundle you choose. "Small" bundles include artworks sized from 6" x 8" up to A3, while "Medium–Large" bundles include A2 or larger prints. You might get a variety of different sizes.
Will the prints be damaged or seconds?
Absolutely not. These are all the same quality artworks that you would find elsewhere in our store. We’re just making space in the studio for new work.
How long will the mystery bundles be available?
Only while stock lasts. Once we’ve cleared our extra inventory, they’ll disappear!
Can I send one as a gift?
Absolutely — just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Our mystery print bundles make a brilliant gift for any art lover.
Are the prints framed?
No — all mystery prints are unframed.
