Louis Fishauf

Louis Fishauf

Louis Fishauf is a Canadian graphic designer and collage artist. He began his career as an editorial designer and art director, working at a succession of Canadian magazines. In 1982, he co-founded Reactor Art+Design where, as Creative Director, he produced innovative branding, marketing and illustration for a wide array of fashion, retail, beverage, government and technology clients.

An early adopter of digital design technology, in the late 1980s he began using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop in v1 of both applications, beginning a long association with Adobe Systems. In 1997 he was invited by Apple to become one of the first 40 AppleMasters, an “international group of recognized visionaries from various fields”.

His collage work is inspired by popular culture, pulp art, nature, mythology, vintage tattoos, comics and art history.

CALM

CALM is dedicated to preventing suicide, particularly among men. They offer a free helpline for those in crisis and run campaigns to break the stigma around mental health. Their mission is to ensure no one struggles alone.

Women's Aid

Women's Aid works to end domestic abuse against women and children by providing refuge, legal advocacy, and emotional support. They also campaign for stronger protections and raise awareness to prevent abuse, helping survivors rebuild their lives free from violence.

The Albert Kennedy Trust
