What is a Guild Certified Framer?
A Guild Certified Framer (GCF) is a professional accreditation that the UK‑based Fine Art Trade Guild introduced in 1994 as a benchmark of skill, knowledge and ethical practice for picture framers worldwide. To earn the title, a framer had to pass a rigorous, face‑to‑face examination that assesses both practical craftsmanship and theoretical understanding of materials, conservation principles and industry standards.
Can I see my artwork in your frames?
Yes. Use the artwork preview button at the top of any of our frame collections or frame pages to add a photo of your artwork. Every frame is then shown with your artwork inside it, in your artwork's own shape and to scale, so you can compare finishes and widths side by side before you order. Your image stays on your device and is never uploaded to us.
Will I have to pay customs charges/import taxes?
If ordering from outside of the UK, you will likely be subject to import taxes. We are not responsible for any taxes owed or delays due to unpaid customs fees.
How long will it take to get my order?

Our picture frames are well protected for transit. However, from time to time, breakages do unfortunately happen. In this case we will send you a free replacement, no questions asked.
